This museum concentrates the most relevant information of all 54 archaeological sites discovered in the surroundings of Zihuatanejo and Costa Grande, where it is possible to admire the traces of Olmeca, Teotihuaca, Tarasca and Mexica cultures. The exhibition is arranged in six rooms, and it showcases the human evolution in Costa Grande, from the first settlements until the colonial era.
